Duties and Responsibilities:

To increase sales and market share of Siemon products throughout the region via direct promotion to targeted end users and consultants in line with the EMEA strategic plan.
To develop our business through a network of distribution partners in the region and with agreed plans.
To increase our business in the region through existing relationships with VARs.
To develop new CI & VAR relationships in the region to support and develop new business.

Educational Required:

    'A' Level or Equivalent

Required Skills:

    Qualifications and Experience

Essential
·    Significant sales experience and demonstrated success in the achievement of sales objectives.
·    Comprehensive knowledge of the telecommunications or similar industries.
·    Knowledge and ability to manage business through a Distribution Channel in the area.
·    Knowledge of the region and market employed in.
·    Able to demonstrate the capacity to develop relationships with Multi-nationals, End Users, Consultants and channel partners, and preferably have existing relationships with these type of companies.

Skills
·    Fluent written and spoken English.
·    Arabic language skills strongly preferred.
·    Proven commercial skills.
·    Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills.
·    Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
·    Demonstrated ability to establish priorities and organise the activities in the region. 

Behaviours
·    Ability to travel in the territory around 60% of the time.
·    Methodical, self-confident and ethical individual.
·    Ability to adapt to local cultures and business etiquette in the region.
